My name is Emmanuel Babatope, and I recently started working as a Data Analyst at Six & Flow.
Starting a new job can be an exciting yet nerve-wracking experience. When I joined Six & Flow Marketing Agency, a proud Elite HubSpot partner, as a Data Analyst, I had high hopes but also some apprehensions. Little did I know that my first month here would not only put those worries to rest but also surpass my expectations in every possible way.
The Recruitment Process
The Six & Flow recruitment process can be a stressful and unpredictable adventure. However, my recent experience with Six & Flow's interview process was not only a pivotal moment in my career but also a surprisingly positive and enriching experience.
For me, the recruitment process was a pleasant experience. Although there were several phases or stages to the interview process, but the most amazing thing about it for me was the flexibility. I was clearly asked when it will be convenient for the next stage of interview after moving from one stage, and feedback was provided swiftly after each stage.
Why did I join Six & Flow?
I joined Six & Flow because it offered an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment where I could utilize my analytical skills and CRM knowledge. I was also attracted to Six & Flow values towards providing excellent services such as Accountability, Thinking, Playfulness, and Growth.

Reflecting on the First Month
In just one month, I've had the privilege of experiencing the incredible synergy between Six & Flow Marketing Agency and HubSpot. The collaborative environment, the power of HubSpot integration, the opportunities for learning and growth, and the chance to be on impactful projects have all made this a fantastic start to my journey as a Data Analyst here.
