Marketing: Growth Strategist .
We are looking for a Growth Strategist to join our UK team. As a Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for planning and organizing activities executed by your project team, including the Growth Consultant and Growth Executive. You will split your time between developing strategic initiatives, communicating them to clients, and supporting your team in client delivery.
Your primary focus will be ensuring that client needs are met in alignment with agreed-upon strategies, KPIs, and goals. You will work with Customer Success to keep clients informed about the actions being taken and how these contribute to their overall success.
Additionally, you will collaborate with the Lead Strategist to facilitate workshops and contribute to strategy development, with a path toward full ownership over time.
You will oversee the sprint process, maintain clear client communication, and take ownership of project leadership and be responsible for the quality of the deliverables to the client.
This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can seamlessly balance high-level planning with hands-on execution. Your ability to drive results, foster client relationships, and contribute to business growth will define your success as a Growth Strategist
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultancy, Strategy & Delivery
- Develop and implement tailored growth strategies.
- Act as primary consultant for clients
- Translate client business objectives into actionable marketing and sales tactics.
- Ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate strategies effectively to clients and stakeholders alongside the Customer Success Manager
Project Leadership & Management
- Act as the primary project lead, ensuring clear communication and execution.
- Oversee sprint processes and daily scrum meetings.
- Monitor and maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Manage third-party vendors and outsourced services as needed.
- Oversee and execute quality assurance (QA) processes for all team deliverables to maintain high standards.
Client Upsell & Business Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and technology partnerships.
- Evaluate and cost existing work for potential upsell opportunities.
- Assist with internal sales support and consultative selling.
CRM & HubSpot Strategy
- Develop and implement HubSpot CRM training and automation processes.
- Provide recommendations for improved CRM and data hygiene.
- Assist in the development of sales playbooks and video training materials.
Paid Media & Advertising
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI while aligning with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-channel paid marketing efforts to ensure consistency and synergy.
Reporting & Performance Analytics
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports, meetings, and performance analysis.
- Provide business intelligence insights using tools such as HubSpot, Databox and Looker.
- Recommend key reporting structures to track and improve client success.
Ideally You'll Have;
- Knowledge of RevOps.
- Expert level HubSpot Knowledge and minimum of 2 year experience.
- Experience with conversational marketing, and inbound methodologies.
- Project management proficiency with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and quality assurance skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and experience in implementing QA processes to ensure the quality and accuracy of all client deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience of telephony systems such as Dialpad and Talkdesk
