About the role
As Senior Solutions Architect you will be a key part in rolling out everything from strategy to the technical implementation of HubSpot tools and integrations. You will be someone who understands CRM, data manipulation (formatting, normalization, cleansing, etc), and be able to consult with stakeholders of all different levels to build a unified strategy and plan to align people, processes and technology. You'll work alongside the strategic RevOps function as part of our Delivery department to help deliver the technical implementation, alongside supporting our pre-sales efforts and experimenting with new tools and processes internally to keep evolving our offerings.
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will plan, build, and manage our clients’ digital systems toward total organisational alignment, with HubSpot playing a central role. You will quickly develop the ability to scope, plan, execute and train on a unified system architecture across various client systems with HubSpot as the core. Delivering lead intelligence across platforms, closing the attribution loop, and creating frictionless experiences internally and externally are paramount to providing value to our clients.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support CRM audits and data migrations
- Provide guidance on project planning that clearly communicates the job to be done to all contributors
- Manage the technical aspects of building key HubSpot systems (marketing automation, CRM, custom code actions, data aggregation, etc.) that support client objectives and requirements
- Lead clients through strategy & consultation, sprint planning, build & training
- No and low-code integrations between platforms (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce, Zapier, n8n, etc)
- Technical integration scoping, working with APIs, reviewing documentation and communicating with Developers
- Work with and manage communications with multiple levels of stakeholders
- Bring client processes to life by building the technical infrastructure to support their processes and strategic direction
- Own the data integration strategy, improving process and operational efficiencies and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Deliver tech strategy insights to relevant stakeholders to help them understand technology options available to support them in their mid to long term planning
- Help build a collaborative and transparent culture of continuous improvement, within the team and across domains, while mentoring junior team members
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years experience in CRM audit and integrations (Agency experience will be an added advantage)
- Experience with API integrations and agile implementation methodologies
- Technical competencies/experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo or similar
- The ability to engender trust and confidence through your interactions and capabilities with the stakeholders you interact with
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with clients, prospects and partners by telephone, email and in person
- Technological mindset and aptitude
- An analytical eye for data and processes
- Understanding of inbound marketing, sales strategies and customer experience management
- An understanding of AI: LLMs, agentic workflows and how to use AI to enhance processes
- Fundamental understanding of data warehousing, data visualisation tools like PowerBi or Databox
- Other Accounting or ERP softwares like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.
- Coding experience with languages like Javascript, Python, SQL, etc.
