Six & Flow is seeking an exceptional Channel Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team as part of our growing team based out of Toronto, Canada. 

This is a key hire for our agency as you’ll be playing a vital role in fostering robust relationships with our tech partners including, but not limited to, Drift, Vidyard, PartnerStack & Ebsta, as well as various agencies within the Global Hub Alliance.


The Channel Account Manager is responsible for generating leads, developing new opportunities, and helping Six & Flow grow. 

You will nurture relationships with key clients and key partner stakeholders.  checking in once the deal has been closed, developing new relationships, and expanding our brand presence. 

Client expansion or “cross-selling & “up-sell” will be a large part of your role.

While the primary responsibility is sales, this role calls for a candidate who thrives in a relationship-driven environment. The Channel Account Manager will work closely with our existing Business Development Team to help deliver strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships that drive both incremental revenue and customer success.

There will be elements of project management or agency relationship management as you align work being delivered with one of our partner agencies.

You’ll be working closely with our Growth Director and Head of Client Service to ensure we are delivering the best strategic growth opportunities for our clients.

We keep our team at the forefront of everything we do, so there'll be plenty of support and growth opportunities along the way. However, it’s important that you aren't afraid to get stuck-in and are KPI focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies with our tech partners and agencies in the Global Hub Alliance to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of business and forecast accurately in line with company strategy.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Engage partners in regular strategic account planning, ensuring their goals align with Six & Flow's strategy.
  • Drive partner engagement and lead generation.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate partner requests and optimise the overall partner experience.
  • Regularly assess partner performance, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies to maximise revenue.
  • Deliver consistent and regular partner communication to enhance partner performance, including sales updates, QBRs, and ongoing enablement.
  • Provide regular reporting and weekly updates to the team

Ideally, you will have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in a sales or channel management role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Experience in an fast-paced, B2B agency setting (preferably Tech or SaaS)
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, engage and influence decision makers while advising strategic goals, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ability to manage a healthy pipeline and produce an accurate forecast
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Keen interest in all things Tech and the ability to pick up new software quickly and easily
  • Experience working with tech partners such as Drift, Vidyard, DialPad.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Verbal and written communications skills are a must, as this role will require communication with stakeholders on all levels

Salary: Up to $80,000 CAD + Commission
